How are the exterior windows cleaned?
We use 3-step RO/DI water tanks and water-fed poles. All glass, frames, and sills get scrubbed and rinsed with purified water, and it dries spot free.
How are the interior windows cleaned?
With a mop and squeegee, using top-of-the-line interior equipment, for a spot-free finish every time. Frames and sills get wiped down too.
How do you remove hard water?
We use 0000 steel wool, different solutions, or, in severe cases, a window-safe razor. Hard water removal is an added cost, and it's free on the Quarterly plan.
Do you use ladders?
On 95% of jobs, no! Most windows can be cleaned from the ground. That keeps us out of your landscaping, and it's safer. We only use ladders when it's 100% necessary, and even then, we're fully insured.

What if it rains?
No worries! If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll work out a new time with you. And if rain or other natural causes affect your clean afterward, we give you free touch-ups: 14 days on plans, 7 days on one-time cleans.
